I am the owner of the premises or the owner's authorised agent. I am providing the tenant details in accordance with the Water Act 1989 and Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.

The tenants have been made aware that under Water Act 1989 Sec273B, they must notify South East Water when moving out of the premises and provide at least two business days' notice; otherwise they will be liable for usage charges beyond the move out date.

In the event the tenant does not notify South East Water, I am authorised to notify South East Water, as prescribed by Sec 273A of the Water Act 1989, of additional relevant information that may be required, including the tenant's forwarding address. If the tenant's account with South East Water is not paid, it may be listed as a default which could affect their credit rating.
